Philadelphia residents with an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
are eligible to receive services through the Weatherization Assistance Program. A household is
automatically eligible to receive assistance if an individual living in the dwelling receives
Supplemental Security Income. WAP demand is high; priority is given to higher-risk residents
including the elderly, disabled individuals, families with children, and high energy users.
